We run two beautiful modern apartments, named Casa Nico (appr. 65 sqm) and Casa Fie (appr. 85 sqm), in a more than 100 year old house in the Maltese hotspot of Spinola Bay, St Julian’s.
Our apartments are located just one minute walk from all amenities, like the iconic “LOVE” sign, sea, promenade, supermarkets, public transport, bars, and restaurants. The airport and the capital city of Valletta are not further than 20 – 30 minutes away.
The apartments have been fully renovated to today’s luxury standards with AC’s, smart TV, rain shower, etc. with the appreciation of the history of the house and hence keeping the old tile floor, shutters, the typical Maltese balcony and terraces.
